Partner Joanne Rinardo has been named Vice President of the Cypress Academy Board. Ms. Rinardo is a partner in the firm whose area of practice is concentrated in all aspects of Employment Law. She is experienced handling claims involving Title VII, age discrimination, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as general employment claims. 

Ms. Rinardo also practices in the area of Educational Law representing both small independent grammar, middle and high schools, as well as a large state university in all types of employment matters, as well as student related issues.
