Holmes Co-Authors Social Media Law Chapter

Holmes has co-author a chapter in the recently released 304-page Handbook on Global Social Media Law for Business Lawyers, published by ABA Publishing. Mr. Holmes contributed to a chapter in the publication titled "Lawyer Ethics Considerations and Admissibility Issues." In this chapter, Duris outlines the legal ethics standards, preservation, cyber-security for lawyers, investigation and discovery, and the admissibility of social media in court.

This handbook deals with social media laws and related governance principally in the United States (including a separate chapter on records management within the context of social media), while providing the reader with ample coverage of key global regions, including Canada, the European Union, Australia, and Asia.
