Drawn to the notion that effective communication skills, persuasive abilities, and thorough preparation, when combined, can shape reality, Marianne Wise decided to become a lawyer. Diving below the surface to discover the keys to each individual case, Marianne strategically defends her insurance, commercial, and individual clients’ interests in personal injury, transportation, and property damage litigation.
Marianne thrives in a courtroom setting and has tried multiple multi-week jury trials in both state and federal courts to completion. From that experience, she knows that the answers to the questions of “Why” and “Why not” is often what appeals most to a jury and wins a case. In addition, she has been admitted pro hac vice to defend clients all across the United States, including Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Texas, and Utah.
She is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy’s Deposition Skills and Trial Advocacy programs and has been a faculty member for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy since 2015.
Marianne and her fiancé Clark will be married in October of 2017 and they enjoy exploring the United States and beyond.
