Jonathan M. Walsh won a favorable defense verdict in Orleans Parish in September of 2015. Asked to try the case on just ten days’ notice, he defended the operator of a local shuttle bus company against the personal injury claims of a twenty-eight year old man who claimed vertebral compression fractures and nerve injuries following a rear-end collision. After two and a half days of trial, the jury returned a verdict below the client’s last offer before trial.
