Doug Vaughn and Autumn Breeden received a successful defense verdict in Harrison County Court. In the case, the Plaintiffs asked for over $75,000 in damages due to a motor vehicle negligence claim resulting from  a very minor car accident case. Through the pointed cross examination of both plaintiffs, and a consistent defense theory throughout the trial, Doug was able to convince the jury that the two plaintiffs were misrepresenting the facts and that his client was not at fault delivering an effective, cost efficient defense for his client.
