A casino patron fell and was injured as she exited a Biloxi hotel. One of her claims was against a local casino whose shuttle was waiting to pick-up passengers. The Plaintiff claimed that the casino breached a duty to ensure the walkway to its shuttle was not slippery.  After a jury trial, the Court granted a directed verdict for the casino.
