Mr. Mount defended a multinational corporation in one of the first, if the not the first, cases solely based on the issue of spoliation in the 19th Judicial Court for the Parish of East Baton Rouge. The plaintiff in that case asked the jury for in excess of $5 million in damages. The case involved multiple experts on both liability and damages.  After almost a two week trial, the jury returned with a zero defense verdict.
