Pursuant to Governor Edward’s Proclamation No. JBE 2020-30, all legal deadlines, including liberative prescription and peremption periods, applicable to legal proceedings in courts, administrative agencies and boards are suspended from March 17, 2020 to April 13, 2020, unless terminated sooner. This means that the clock stops ticking on deadlines during that time period, and will presumably pick up on April 13, 2020 where it stopped on March 16, 2020.
