Suzan N. Richardson, lead counsel, and Evan Bergeron defended a major commercial insurer, the owner of a double-decker tour bus company, and the insured driver in a claim involving an auto accident.  Three plaintiffs alleged that they suffered major injuries after being side swiped by a tour bus.

After a four day jury trial, the jury unanimously found that the insured driver was not negligent which resulted in a zero verdict for our client.
