Mark Allain is an Associate in the Civil Litigation section of the firm’s New Orleans office. While working at the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic, Mark conducted administrative proceedings under the Clean Air Act and Louisiana equivalent on behalf of indigent clients in response to air pollution by industrial defendants, causing intersectional financial, physical and public health related harms to the community.
