Mr. Bott represents clients in aviation defense, professional liability, and construction. He defends architects, engineers, attorneys, accountants, physicians, dentists, bankers, and contractors.
Mr. Bott’s early trial experience gave him the opportunity to try a multitude of cases, both with and without juries and defend cases where actual damages have been in the tens of millions of dollars.
Early in his career, Mr. Bott was one of the principal trial attorneys for Pan American World Airways and its insurers arising out of the crash of Pan Am Flight #759 in Kenner, Louisiana, in 1982 and the crash of Eastern Flight #66 at Kennedy Airport, New York, in 1975.
Mr. Bott enjoys motorcycling, reading (good fiction and nonfiction), duplicate bridge, and traveling.
