Raymond L. Wilkes III is an associate at Deutsch Kerrigan LLP focusing on civil litigation and construction law.
A graduate of Southern University Law Center, Raymond worked as a judicial intern for Judge Brian A. Jackson in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana. While in law school, Raymond was a fellow with the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, interned with Northeastern Law School’s Civil Rights and Restorative Justice Program, and was the Vice President Southern University’s National Lawyers Guild chapter. He also served as Executive Editor of the Southern University Law Center Journal for Race, Gender, and Poverty.
Raymond earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Southern University and is licensed to practice in the State of Louisiana. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University.
