Deutsch Kerrigan LLP Announces Admission of Three New Equity Partners

Deutsch Kerrigan is pleased to announce that Bryce Addison, Amber Garcia, and Brian Schaps have been named as equity partners in 2025. Their promotion reflects their exceptional contributions to the firm and underscores Deutsch Kerrigan’s commitment to fostering talent and leadership from within.
Bryce Addison, a 2014 graduate of LSU Law, joined Deutsch Kerrigan in December 2016 following roles as a policy advisor in the Executive Office of the Governor of Louisiana and in private practice. Bryce is recognized for his strong litigation skills and ability to build meaningful relationships with clients, contributing significantly to the growth of the firm’s client base.
Amber Garcia joined the firm in January 2020 bringing eight years of prior legal experience and an academic record that includes graduating magna cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law. Amber is a key member of the Toxic Tort department, managing a significant portion of its business and maintaining an active presence in the legal community. Recently being named as one of the “Women of the Year” by New Orleans CityBusiness, Amber continues to exemplify leadership and excellence within her field.
Brian Schaps joined Deutsch Kerrigan in July 2014, bringing with him three years of experience as Corporate Counsel for a regional civil construction and trucking company after earning his J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 2012. A highly skilled construction law attorney, Brian has become a sought-after resource for clients and industry organizations, regularly presenting on key issues affecting the construction sector.
