Controller

We are currently seeking a controller to join our firm. This position will have complete responsibility for the firm's financial, accounting, billing, e-billing, cash management, collections and matter open processes. This position will supervise a five member accounting department. The Controller reports directly to the Director of Administration.

The Controller is also responsible for the preparation of the monthly financial statements, budget variance reports and monthly management reports. This position also handles preparation of the annual firm budget and works with the firm's auditors for the annual audit of the financial statements and 401(k) Plan.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting (CPA preferred) and a minimum of five years progressive experience in financial management and staff supervision. Firm Attendant
The firm attendant is responsible for keeping the common spaces, conference -rooms and break rooms of the building stocked, maintained and ready for clients and firm guests.
