Talbot Quinn is a Partner in the firm’s Civil Litigation department, practicing in defense litigation. Talbot defends corporate clients and insurance companies in a variety of litigation claims.
Talbot has also specialized in Employment and Labor Law, specifically Title VII claims, FLSA claims, student conduct claims, business immigration, and employee benefits. Further, Talbot practiced in the area of business law with a focus on SEC filings and proxy statements. He also compiled term loans for financing vessels as well as general corporate representation of companies with respect to formation and governance documents.
