Colin Casciato is a Partner in the Civil Litigation section of the firm’s New Orleans, Louisiana office. Colin represents clients in a broad range of matters including insurance defense and premises liability. He has experience handling cases from initial assignment, through discovery, to trial or settlement, and he uses this experience to effectively advise his clients.
Colin graduated cum laude from Tulane University Law School with a certificate in maritime law. While in law school, Colin served as the executive vice president of the Tulane University Law School Student Bar Association and was a published member of the Tulane Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property. He also served as a Judicial Intern for the Hon. Martin Feldman (Eastern District of Louisiana) and the Hon. Raymond Steib (24th Judicial District of Louisiana). Additionally, Colin served as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office or the Eastern District of Louisiana and worked as a student-attorney for the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic.
