Mr. Yellin defends insurers, businesses, private and commercial transportation carriers. He represents trucking companies, airlines, and trucking and product manufacturers. In addition to his transportation related claims, Mr. Yellin represents hotels, financial institutions, businesses and medical professionals and practices.

Prior to practicing with Deutsch Kerrigan, Mr. Yellin was an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) for the Eastern District of Louisiana, in charge of civil litigation on behalf of the United States and Federal Agencies. He was also an officer in the United States Army Transportation Corps.
